Managing Your Subscription

Once you've subscribed to a FlipSlide Pro plan, you can manage your subscription directly from within the app. This article covers how to check your current plan and what happens if you cancel.

Checking Your Current Plan

To see which plan you're on:

  1. Open FlipSlide from your Shopify Admin sidebar
  2. Click Billing in the navigation menu
  3. Your current plan is highlighted at the top of the page, showing the plan name and status

Cancelling Pro Monthly

If you're on the Pro Monthly plan and want to cancel:

  1. Go to the Billing page in FlipSlide
  2. Your current subscription details are displayed
  3. Click Cancel subscription

After cancelling, your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. Once the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.

What Happens When You Downgrade?

When your account goes back to Free:

  • You keep all your existing sliders, but only the first one remains active
  • Sliders using Pro only styles will still exist but won't be editable until you re subscribe
  • Analytics data is preserved but you won't be able to access the Analytics page
  • Advanced settings you've configured will be saved but locked

None of your data is deleted when you downgrade. If you re subscribe later, everything will be right where you left it.

Pro Lifetime

The Pro Lifetime plan is a one time purchase. There's nothing to manage or cancel. Once you've paid, you have permanent access to all Pro features for as long as you use FlipSlide.

Switching Plans

If you're currently on Pro Monthly and want to switch to Pro Lifetime, you can do so from the Billing page. Cancel your monthly subscription first, then subscribe to the Lifetime plan. Your Pro features will continue without interruption.

Billing Questions

All FlipSlide charges go through Shopify's billing system. If you have questions about a specific charge, you can check your Shopify invoice in Settings > Billing in your Shopify Admin.
